specific job, task, or project.

calls from people who have the power to hire.
What steps should I follow?
We believe the steps to creating an
effective document are:
- to reflect and record what your
strengths are in terms of skills, abilities, interests, values, and
social responsibility
- to select occupations that are in
alignment with your strengths
- to research companies with compatible
interests and social responsibility
- to meet with people in the field of
your interest, to hear what their specific needs are
- to link your qualifications to the
company, choosing a format and construction
that will get the reader's attention
